Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed immediately and handed over to couriers on the same day.
Delivery times vary based on your location:

- Khobar & Dammam — 36 hours

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn and undamaged items in original packaging with all tags attached. Read our full exchange & return policy.
Can I exchange an item?

Warranty
Does GHALIA offer a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers:
- Gold plating
- Pearl integrity
- Stone loss (provided you bring the stones with you for resetting)
For manufacturing defects, the piece must be returned unused in its original condition within three days of purchase after contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
How does the warranty work?
We will repair any damage not caused by negligence and return the piece to you.
If the piece cannot be repaired, you will receive a brand-new replacement of the same design.
If the matching piece is out of stock, you will receive store credit equivalent to the original purchase price to use on other GHALIA jewelry.
Jewelry Care
Can I shower with my jewelry?
While the gold vermeil or shine will not fade after one or two showers, frequent exposure will shorten its lifespan. To ensure your jewelry lasts for years, we strongly recommend removing it before showering.
Can I wear jewelry to the gym?
Yes, but sweat contains salts that gradually damage the plating. If you want your jewelry to last over a year, we advise against wearing it during workouts or intense physical activity.
Do perfume and lotions remove jewelry plating?
Perfume and moisturizers will not strip the plating immediately, but prolonged exposure will degrade it over time. For long-lasting shine, we recommend putting on your jewelry as the final step before heading out.
How do I care for my jewelry?

What metal is GHALIA jewelry made of?
GHALIA jewelry is crafted from 925 sterling silver, one of the finest silver alloys. Golden pieces are plated with 18k gold vermeil and a protective coating for longevity. Both gold and silver jewelry is rhodium-plated to enhance shine and protect against natural tarnishing.

What is gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil refers to sterling silver jewelry coated with a thick layer of gold — at least five times thicker than standard gold plating. Its high durability allows it to last for years with proper care. We plate with 3 microns, higher than the market average of 2–2.5 microns, so our pieces last longer and resist fading over time.
How long does gold vermeil last?
It depends on how well you care for your GHALIA jewelry. Typically, gold vermeil lasts from six months to several years. The more you follow our care instructions, the longer you will enjoy its beauty. Visit our jewelry care guide.
What gemstones are used in GHALIA jewelry?
All GHALIA jewelry features zirconia stones, known for their durability and scratch resistance. They rank 8.5 on the Mohs hardness scale — just below diamonds — making them long-lasting and highly lustrous.
What is the difference between zirconia and zircon?
Zirconia (cubic zirconia) is not the same as zircon.
Zirconia is closer to diamonds — harder, more brilliant, and resistant to fading.
Zircon is softer, sensitive to sunlight and scratches, and loses its shine over time, so we do not use it.
