EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges or returns are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order. Customized items are exclusively engraved for you and cannot be exchanged or returned. GHALIA items have a 3- months guarantee from the date receiving your order. This applies to items which present any manufacturing defects and after ruling out possible misuse.

Exchanges and returns will only be accepted for items which are in perfect conditions. Except for defect items, the costs associated with the return will be covered by the customer.

Our customer service team will contact you by email to indicate the following steps to proceed with the exchange and return.

 

Important

Make sure that all products are clean, unused and include the original shipping packaging when making an exchange or return including the tag associated to the jewelry items . In case of return, please include any promotional gift received with your order.

GHALIA will not be responsible for any loss that the package may suffer during shipping.

It is the customer responsibility to ensure the item arrives to our facilities in perfect condition.

Jewlery items sold with gift invoices cannot be returned or exchanged.

Also there is shipping fees of your return order (you will notify you with upon your location) and it will be paid for the shipping company. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, we don’t return back in cash. 

 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ([email protected]).

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ([email protected]) and send your item to the location will be provided in jeddah, Saudi Arabia. please note that there is shipping fees of your return order (you will notify you with upon your location) and it will be paid for the shipping company. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you. you can’t refunded or exchange it.

Jewlery items sold with gift invoices cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
